“When it appeared that the delivery of my order would not be next day but next week, due to the shipment agent, Mark followed up by first phoning me, then phoning DHL and succeeding in having the order delivered immediately, on a public holiday! The order itself is perfect with very friendly gestures like including a mini-torch and plastic gloves to handle and install the battery easily and safely. Thanks. I can recommend GoBatteries with 5 stars.”

“I wanted to update and upgrade my review of yesterday. I had been disappointed that the promised delivery was not made, with the delivery courier claiming falsely that they had tried to deliver but we were not in - as if that were credible during lockdown. I was hugely impressed with Go Batteries' reponse - Mark rang me yesterday evening out of hours to apologise, contacted their courier immediately on opening this morning to sort it out, and delivery was duly made by lunchtime today. Mark also called again to check it had been safely received. I would definitely use Go Batteries again.”

“Quick delivery. Operating well.Charged for 24 hours but exhausted after 14 holes on first use. Perhaps your paperwork should advise that battery should be run down and that full capability will be achieved after second use.”

“Made my first purchase from Go Batteries yesterday 11/07/2017. This was for a 1999 Road King. The gentleman that answered the phone (Mark) could not have been more helpful. He was so willing to explain the pros & cons of the different options. We decided on a Varta. The purchase was completed without fuss and this morning a courier arrived with my new battery. The next articles on my shopping list are a battery (V-Rod) and a suitable charger for both machines. You do not need to be Einstein to guess where these will be coming from. I have no hesitation recommending Go Batteries. Thank you all.”

“I needed a scarce 037 battery. GoBatteries found one in stock and arranged for it to be carried a supplier near my home for easy collection.”

“My battery charger failed and i needed a new one urgently . My charger needed to be 24v for a buggy and 24v are not readily available on the High street . it arrived within a couple of days so i was not too much inconvenienced . I am not presenting my name because publication may attract unwanted contact .”

“Your carriers let down what was otherwise an excellent service. The battery was due to be delivered on 20th September but during the afternoon I received an email from them saying that they were not able to deliver the item because no-one was at home. This was untrue because both my wife and I had been at home all day. Clearly they had got behind with deliveries possibility because of the weather and had to cover up. The battery was, however, delivered the next day, thank you.”
