“Very disappointed with the service I received. I paid to have my DPF cleaned and was told I would have a one-month guarantee if the issue returned. I wasn’t happy as I can see the job is done properly . Unfortunately, the DPF warning light came back after only 3 days. I contacted them and was told it was a sensor issue, but after checking with Audi and other mechanics, I was advised there was no sensor fault and the issue was with the DPF. I raised my concerns, but instead of resolving the issue under the guarantee, my calls and messages were ignored and their technician started giving contradictory information with no clear explanation I expected the agreed work to be completed properly and for the guarantee to be honoured. Very disappointing experience.”

“Said he left me with £10 fuel but when i went to start the car after he left it was completely empty and wouldn’t start. Declined to return or to issue a refund. Not happy at all - wouldn’t recommend.”

“I was promised in advance that a rinse through would be included in the price of £145+Vat. The service technician refused to do the rinse through and wanted to charge an additional £45. Not happy.”

“Simple thief’s ... run by a husband and wife cheating vulnerable families who are stuck and desperate to get home. Charged £120.. willing to accept £100 cash to avoid paying VAT, and didn’t even carry out the work properly! AA finally got our family home”

“Have been advised by the AA to take my case to trading standards They said the fuel cleaning was not to standard, Job was not done correctly And the was the cause for my engine damage The garage which my car was taken to have also confirmed this and made a report GMM1 refuses to take any responsibility for their actions or mistakes have tried to resolve this without any result They seem to have taken my £180 and that’s it !!!”

“Had GMM1 come to clean water from my Petrol tank They empty the tank and got the car started Charged me £180 gave me cleaner to put in Petrol when I fill up 500 yards down the road to the Petrol station the car stops. Rang GMM1 They said it was my battery ( which was brought brand new 5 weeks ago) I asked the AA to take a look and they said the job was not done properly and now it has caused damage and spark plugs, Petrol tank need replacing GMM1 refuses to finish the job they started Do not recommend this company”
