“Really happy customers Delivery information and requirements are clear from the outset. Instructions on how to make sure the hot tub will and can fit are clear . Delivery was swift and information was clear. No issues during the hire at all and collection was also great. Already booking again! Would definitely recommend to friends and family. 100% better than an inflatablewhich we considered but at the same price locally it seems a no brainer to have seats!”

“After looking online and researching options, our friends recommended Nigel and we met him at his base local to us in Seamer. He took us through all the options, pros and cons and demonstrated hot tub variations on site which was really helpful. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We knew then that buying with a local dealer was the best option and Nigel arranged a site visit, advised on locations and ground preparation and delivered and installed our new hot tub within 2 weeks and provided a supply of chemicals and advice on running the hot tub once installed. We know we can call him for advice and support at any time. We are very pleased with our choice of hot tub and have been extremely satisfied with the service and support from Nigel and his team and we would highly recommend him to others. Thank you from vey happy customers!”

“Can't fault this company, easy to book nothing is too much trouble. Prices are cheap with great customer service both times I've used them. Staffing in office and delivery of hot tub lovely and friendly. This is the second time we've hired the hot tub would highly recommend the hot tub easy to use and quick and efficient staff. Dave is great friendly and cheerful and very very helpful. We will be using this company again without a shadow of a doubt. Happy to give an honest positive review they were great. Thank you..”

“Hired the St. trapez for Daughter's 9th birthday party. Fabulous hire, thoroughly enjoyed having it for the whole week. Delivered promptly and given clear instructions of how to maintain, collected promptly and actually sad to see it go. Will definitely be hiring again from Garden Leisure. High recommend.”

“After being let down by another hot tub company (due to a broken pump) the other company sourced one from Garden Leisure. They phoned me straight away and within two hours it was being delivered to my house. Very good service with lots of information provided.”

“Fantastic service from the initial enquiry to collection. All staff were amazing, the booking process was really simple and my enquiry was answered within a couple of hours. Dave was very helpful and provided all the information we needed for a fab weekend. Great all round”

“We are so happy with our two hot tubs from Garden Leisure for our new holiday cottages. Brilliant customer service from Nigel and the team, and they were always at the end of the phone if we needed any support, all queries were swiftly answered, before, during and after installation. We had a lot to learn ready for our first changeover day, and we were guided through everything step by step which we really appreciated. The hot tubs themselves are excellent and very high spec, and our guests have been enjoying them already. Would definitely recommend, five star service! Thanks again from us all at Bland Close Farm”

“Absolutely fantastic!!! Not the first time we’ve hired from this company and all we can say is there absolutely fantastic. Hired it for one of our daughters 10th birthday at the last minute and Nigel and Dave were fantastic really helpful. The tub was amazing!🤩 Adults and kids all loved it. We hired the las vegas with all the nice lighting on it and the big size for many people to get in. The full service is 5 star chaps thank you from us all. We will see you again soon highly recommended!”

“Excellent advice from the beginning to end. Good range of tubs online and a few in the showroom too. It was great to chat in person with someone who is very knowledgable but not at all pushy. Installation was superb, and the aftercare was amazing, answering all our questions when they returned 2 weeks after install. Would highy recommend as we know others who have been impressed by the service even after many years of ownership.”
