“We absolutely loved the Milan hot tub. I have never ordered a hot tub before so I did a bit of research and chose Garden Leisure. I would not hesitate to use the company again. I was really impressed with the fantastic customer service from start to finish. They were very accommodating when I had to change the date unexpectedly also. Can't wait to order again! If you are considering booking, don't hesitate, book it! ❤️”

“Loved the hot tub! Hired it for 4 days and enjoyed every moment the different experience from morning to afternoon to evening was fantastic. Overall great hot tub and great company. The staff were lovely and explained everything to us. Definitely would recommend and definitely a 5 star review:)”

“Nigel is polite, on time and very friendly. The service was impeccable, the quality of work is top class and great tubs. All work carried out very professionally. I have used garden leisure for over 11 years now and could not recommend them highly enough.”

“What a great experience, value for money, delivery service was great, excellent customer service, we had an issue with the tub one evening and David came straight out and sorted the problem out. Couldn't ask for better service. I would recommend garden leisure”

“We recently hired a hot tub from Garden Leisure, and the entire experience has been fab and straightforward from start to finish. James in customer service was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the hire process. The delivery was seamless, thanks to Dave, who was punctual, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure the setup was just right. He explained the maintenance process clearly, ensuring we felt confident in using the hot tub. The quality of the hot tub itself is amazing – it’s comfortable, powerful, and turned our garden into a relaxation haven for the weekend! We couldn’t be happier with our hire and looking forward to using Garden Leisure again. Highly recommend for their top-notch products and exceptional service!”

“We hired a tub for our son’s birthday weekend. Unfortunately there was a sensor issue that stopped the tub fully heating up. However Dave answered his phone at 9pm and tried to help us fix it, but when it was apparent that it was a broken sensor he arrived with a replacement tub at 8am the following morning and it was all up and running in time for our son’s birthday. We kept the tub a day longer at no extra charge and our son still says it was the best birthday present ever!”

“Really happy customers Delivery information and requirements are clear from the outset. Instructions on how to make sure the hot tub will and can fit are clear . Delivery was swift and information was clear. No issues during the hire at all and collection was also great. Already booking again! Would definitely recommend to friends and family. 100% better than an inflatablewhich we considered but at the same price locally it seems a no brainer to have seats!”
