“Absolutely fantastic!!! Not the first time we’ve hired from this company and all we can say is there absolutely fantastic. Hired it for one of our daughters 10th birthday at the last minute and Nigel and Dave were fantastic really helpful. The tub was amazing!🤩 Adults and kids all loved it. We hired the las vegas with all the nice lighting on it and the big size for many people to get in. The full service is 5 star chaps thank you from us all. We will see you again soon highly recommended!”

“Excellent advice from the beginning to end. Good range of tubs online and a few in the showroom too. It was great to chat in person with someone who is very knowledgable but not at all pushy. Installation was superb, and the aftercare was amazing, answering all our questions when they returned 2 weeks after install. Would highy recommend as we know others who have been impressed by the service even after many years of ownership.”

“Good Communication from start to finish. Firstly with Amanda who supported with hiring and booking. Nothing was a problem. Dave thank you for your support also. Very friendly and helpful. Had a minor problem nothing to do with the hot tub but responded quickly and gave support. The hot tub was clean and positioned with advice from Dave who came out pre to delivering the hot tub to ensure location was positioned in the right spot of my garden, not once but twice. I would definitely recommend this company and I will use again for parties or friends get together. Pricing was very fair and affordable. Thank you... Sue”

“Fantastic service. Had a bit of a problem with the tub because i couldnt work it and nigel came straight out to show me and fix the problem without any fuss. Even let me keep the hot tub longer for any inconvenience caused. Definitely recommend”

“We have had our tub for a number of years but it stopped working before Christmas, after trying a few companies and no help I found garden leisure , after an initial visit from David and his advise /confirmation with Nigel as to the solution to our problem, we decided to go ahead with there recommendations We had the repair at a time to suit ourselves , this was faultless and at all times we were informed as to what they were repairing/replacing and why. Hot tub running like new and we now know where to go to , many thanks guys”

“We hired a hot tub for a week from Garden Leisure to be delivered to our holiday cottage. Communications were always prompt and clear. The hot tub was in position and up and running when we arrived in North Yorkshire. Clear instructions on how to maintain the water during the week were supplied via a helpful video. Can't fault the professional and polite service we received.”
