It is worth every penny. \r\n\r\nThe biggest thank you to Zeynep! What a lovely person. It was a pleasure to have you as point of contact. You definitely made everything so smooth (and that\u2019s a lot since I am usually one of those customers that want everything different).\r\n\r\nI bought an illusion bed and Zeynep guided me from the size of the bed to the fabric selection and the fit in the room. I could have not asked for a better bed. The headboard, which was with a fabric that I purchased separately and then shipped to Furl for upholstery, was perfect. It really made my dream bed. In terms of comfort, I can say I sleep like a baby. Thank you so much.\r\n\r\nFinally, I wanted to thank the person (apologies if I dont remember the name) who helped me to build the bed. He was super professional and he did an amazing job. It was really the cherry on top.\r\n\r\nThank you thank you thank you"

"A proper 5* company for good reason. \r\n\r\nFrom the minute I walked into the Barbican store, I was taken care of and given the necessary advice to make a decision on the leather (and additional features) of my sofa bed by Osama. Arm storage stores a double duvet quilt as described.\r\n\r\nThe sofa arrived a week earlier than estimated \u2013 the process was friendly, respectful, awesome and efficient. \r\n\r\nOther companies should strive to have the delivery and customer service level of Furl!"

“5 stars for delivery man I said to the wonderful delivery men that I would write my review. Bed was delivered 20/10/2021 at 10.00am (apologies, I can’t remember your names!) I was impressed with their professionalism, they were very polite, chatty and knowledgable. They removed their shoes before entering my flat, well impressed as just had new carpet laid! They allowed me to watch my double bed being assembled, which was a amazing. Very pleased with the bed and very pleased I chose Double size Max Ottoman, storage is incredible! My bed - looks fantastic and is very comfortable to sleep on, mattress is perfect! 🤩”

“Wow! What a sofa bed! Just taken delivery of our lovely furl sofa bed. Furl is efficient from advice in sales with MJ at Swiss Cottage right through to delivery today. The two men delivering took 18mins to get the bed up the stairs and put it together. Remarkable! and the bed is a strong very heavy piece of kit! Highly recommend this company who keeps its finger on the pulse.”

“I am very happy with my sofa bed . It is beautiful and elegant to look at , a lovely colour , comfortable to sit on and to sleep in . The delivery drivers were extremely polite and considerate. The only negative was that it was a very long wait between placing the order and it arriving (over 2 months) . Other than that I would highly recommend Furl . Thank you!”

“I was finding the prospect of choosing a sofa bed in the middle of a lock down really quite stressful....MJ in their London showroom was just a complete star: fabric swatches were sent down having we had video chatted and he had seen the effect I was trying to create. “We ordered a storage bed December 2019. Lots of advice and guidance in the showroom to help colour material choice was much appreciated! Due to lockdown our building work completion was delayed, Furl kept our bed for what seemed like an age until we were finally ready for delivery. The delivery went smoothly, the team were great, despite it being a 2nd floor delivery and quite a warm day. The bed is just perfect, it looks amazing and is very comfortable. I did get a wool mattress protector for it. So pleased with our purchase and already checking out the sofa beds!”
