“I had locked drainage. I called FS and they did a great job. Work carried out quickly and without fuss. Helpful advice given. Generally sympathetic. Reasonably priced. Would recommend.”

“We had a blocked drain. Excellent service. Booking was easy. They came on the dot to the agreed time after warning 20 minutes beforehand. Quick appraisal of the situation and the drain was cleared in 20 minutes or so.No fuss, no issues and no mess. Great job. Will definitely use again and highly recommend. Thanks”

“FS Drainage are very professional at their job. I had a leak in the ceiling space that British Gas couldn’t fix but They fixed it it under 2 hours even though it was a week leading to Christmas when Plumbers were scarce. Very good Service and cleaned up as well. I will use them again and I recommend them”

“Called FS at 8:30am and was very happy to hear that they could come the same day before 12:00. Arrived within the advised time. Very able and helpful operative. Drain cleared and all cleaned down within 20 minutes. Brilliant job can't recommend highly enough.”

“hii I had booked your company to come and clear my drainage from my property at TW3 1SR and I would like to say that the job was done very well by your employer named Jordan.I was absolutely happy with the work carried out and job done to the best of the standard.I would definately use your company to do some extra work for next year which I have already spoken to Jordan and the work needs doing.I will always recomend your company to all my friends and family and others who needs this kind of work needed.many thanks again and specially to Jordan”

“I'm really impressed by the service I recieved today. I was helped out quickly and professionally. Jordan was on time, courteous and very professional in his approach. He helped us and managed to unblock our toilet. He was very knowledgable, informative and enthusiastic to help (it's always great to see someone doing their job with a smile on their face). He also cleaned up after the work was finished, which was a plus since I didn't expect him to do so. I'm very pleased with Fs drainage services and will definitely recommend them to friends&family. Thank you Jordan”

“Excellent service from FS - very helpful on the phone, managed to get an engineer over the same day to look at a shower drain blockage. William arrived earlier than expected - was polite and went about his work efficiently, with no mess or fuss - and solved the issue in no time at all. “Couldn’t be better. Fast response online and made a same-day appointment. Great communication - I was kept informed of engineer’s arrival time. James quickly and efficiently sorted out my blocked drain and was polite and friendly even at the end of a long working day. Next morning a detailed invoice arrived describing the work done including photos. I have no hesitation in highly recommending FS. What a great team, thank you all.”

“FS, and the two service people they sent to my house, were excellent. I could argue about the price of the service rendered, as four thousand pounds is a lot of money for something you essentially can't see the results of. This aside, such specialist work is only handled by a few. FS answered all my questions and provided thorough reports and infomation as to their process and practice, this includes the initial survey done of the drains seven months prior. The on-site team were polite and diligent in their work which took nearly the entire day. Also, they happily explained the process and materials being used and took me through the results of the works. I would recommend FS services for any and all drainage issues with your home.”

“Marvellous service and fair prices. Response was very quick and the problem was resolved in 30 mins. On the website chat, Dominic had promptly responded to all my queries in matter of minutes. Jordan was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do and where to go to find the correct manhole (we have so many around the property). I would definitely recommend this company.”
