“I bought an Easter egg The chocolate is absolutely lovely. You dropped a star as you’re using palm oil and price tag is high considering the amount of chocolate in the egg compared to others who also don’t use palm oil and supply double the amount of chocolate albeit not sugar free ones”

“I been waiting a week for my first order when it came broken bottles, I immediately phoned up to complain they sent me out replacement order over a week ago, it's still not arrived. A very poor company I certainly buy from again”

“Friars website have a good selection of chocolates, easy to navigate and order. I bought a luxury dark chocolate Easter egg for my husband who is a dark chocolate lover and he said it was excellent, good quality chocolate and a great selection of chocolates with the egg. I highly recommend this company.”

“I bought a selection of chocolates and whilst some, like the coconut pieces were great, good taste, value for money, some others were really not very nice. The rum truffles didn't taste of Rum and the dark chocolate was really too bitter and I love dark chocolate. Definately a mixed bag!”

“I ordered the box of cappuccino cupcake chocolates for £40. Wished I hadn’t bothered, the chef must have forgotten to put the coffee in there, they were horrible. Emailed sales team and there response was disgraceful saying they are not to everyone taste! I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN 😡”
