“Very nice chocolates, although they mostly tasted all the same, without the strong coffee flavour I had been hoping for. I tried several of the tasters and have given some as gifts, but the cappuccino cup cakes and coffee mousse were lovely but not much of a coffee flavour. The coffee chocolate dots were the nicest and best flavoured. I would buy from Friars again as the chocolates were a good size and obviously of good quality.”

“Friars is one of the best chocolate/sweet shops I have come across. I have been going to the shop in Keswick (and more recently, in Ambleside) for many years - I try to visit twice a year, but buy online if I'm unable to get there in person. Wonderful, imaginative and good quality products.”

Hello, Thank you for our review, I have checked your order, Royal Mail tried to deliver your order 3 times with no answer then they kept it at your local sorting office for 2 weeks, but it wasn't collected. It now has been returned to us, and a refund has been processed. Kind Regards Friars Customer Service

“Good products but over priced. This was the second time no discount code could be found and I just missed out on free penguin chocolates offer if order over £30. Unsure if I will order again.”

“The chocolates are gifts so haven't been tried yet. Delivery was very efficient. The amount of spam emails is absolutely ridiculous though. Straight to junk of course.”
