“LOVELY CHOCOLATE BUT THE PACKAGING WAS VERY POOR. THE EGGS WERE JUST DUMPED IN A BOX WITH NO WRAPPING EXCEPT FOR PLASTC AND NO INFO ABOUT THE COMPANY OR THE PRODUCT. VERY DISAPOINTED.”

Hi Julie, Thank you for your review and we're sorry you were disappointed with the packaging of the chocolates. We do show in the product images how the product will be supplied, which shows a tray and bag. However, a cardboard sleeve is usually included, and we unfortunately ran out of the packaging. “The chocolates were very tasty, with a wide range of vibrant flavours that most I enjoyed with a few I enjoyed less so but were still nice. The salted caramel liqueur was very sweet and not quite my palette but the combination made for an amusing late mother's day night so I recommend. No issues with delivery. Most likely will return.”

“Friars is my first choice chocolate company I go to when planning gifts for friends and family, whatever the occasion. Sometimes (maybe oftentimes) I might have a little self-indulgent treat too. Luckily, my friends now reciprocate, so rather than me just giving Friars Chocolates, my recipients get the hint and buy them for me too! Friars always seem to have something new up their sleeve, and the current range of no-sugar-added chocolates are delicious; I cannot tell the difference. The Friars quality is, in my opinion, exceptional.”
