“Poor customer services. Bought Friars chocolate frequently, but last time the chocolate was not properly described. A polite email was met with a dismissive reply which suggested that it was the customer's responsibility to determine the exact "nature" of the item and not rely on their "heading". Didn't ask for refund, which they did offer in the most offhand manner. Put me off buying in the future.”

“Bought these for my sons birthday who is lactose intolerant and he loves them saying best chocolates he's tasted.They didn't last til they end of the week !and no he didn't share :) They may be expensive but well worth it .”

“We had a problem with one of our recent orders, not of Friars' doing, may I add. However, the company and staff bent over backwards to resolve the situation, and I cannot thank them enough for what they did. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and the issue was resolved very quickly. I cannot recommend both the company and its staff highly enough, and will certainly continue buying with them in the future as well as recommending them to my family and friends.”
