Hi Lisa, Thank you for your review. We're so glad to hear you liked the presentation of the chocolates. Sorry you were disappointed with the short best before date, the chocolates were reduced for this reason with the best before was listed on the product page. Unfortunately we don't always sell everything in good time, and so we do sometimes have short-dated items, but the best before date will always be listed on the product page if an item is reduced for this reason. We list the weight of the product on the product page to try to give an indication of the size of the chocolates, although this isn't always clear by weight alone. “May I repeat that all your dark chocolates are excellent. However, it is a shame that the box of dark cherry liquers was poorly packaged and as we now know great many more than 2 were cracked spilling the liquer all over the box.”

“Very nice chocolates, but it would be nice if you rewarded your regular customers with special discounts, as the chocolates are very expensive and I have bought lots from you over the past few months. Also the sell by dates need to be a bit better with some of the chocolates. Quick delivery which is good. One pack was damaged and was replaced quickly. Thankyou.”
