“Its a pleasure to shop with the The NFSC. I like the variety of great products and the very friendly service they offer. Its great to get our monthly supply of original french market soaps delivered to the front door. “I was SO happy with my Carnation Soap. It's so hard to find the real thing and this is it. The violet doap is good too. I am hoping you have rose Geranium Soap too now. Worth every euro !! Thanks SO much.”

“I had been hunting high and low to find the wonderful soap we had all enjoyed using in Bordeaux last Summer - Savon Le Naturel Liquid Soap - Extra Pur. I fell upon this brilliant website and to my joy i could also purchase Dijon Mayo. In a world gone crazy, there are bright moments. This was definitely one of them. Great customer service, really quick delivery and a free gift nestled in my beautifully packaged order. 5 stars - the easiest top mark I have given in a while. Thanks Sophie and team!”

“I cannot fault the Natural French Soap Company's customer service. I ordered ten soaps. When the company discovered that just one of those was out of stock, they replaced it with two others. Best of all, they looked at all the fragrances I had ordered and worked out two others that fitted my tastes perfectly. Then, they popped in a wee guest soap in a very different aroma to expand my soapy horizons, and explained it all with a hand-written note.”

“I found this lovely little company by accident, but immediately was drawn to the fantastic selection of soaps. I loved the personal customer service and all the kind little cheery notes. I got the package in record time and have been delighted with all the soaps. I have the oval verveine soap in the bathroom now and it actually makes me happy while washing my hands, the scent is so lovely. I couldn't recommend this company enough.”

“Nopea toimitus, laaja valikoima ja hyvä asiakaspalvelu. Olen vuosia käyttänyt palasaippuoita ja hamstrannut niitä ranskalaisilta markkinoilta. Ihanaa että löysin tämän verkkokaupan. Aion tilata täältä jatkossakin, koska valikoima on laajempi kuin markkinoilla. Very nice service, quick delivery and great selection of soaps.”
