Foundation Surveyors are a London based Surveying Practice hired to survey and determine an accurate valuation on both residential and commercial properties. We work independently and are not affiliated with any real estate agency or lender.

Our surveyors are highly trained to meet the most stringent professional standards in the industry. The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has certified every one of them. When you hire Foundation Surveyors you can completely trust the advice and service you receive.

“I've been used a couple of surveyors in the past I'm finding foundation surveyors the most accurate survey ( level 3) with an excellent customer services. As a big investment of my life I was looking for an honest, professional and understanding surveyor That was Shakil responsive and always been open to any questions. The price for the services are great in comparison with other surveyors. 5 stars are not enough to give foundation surveyors. I recommend them 1000%”

“Excellent. Shakil was able to do the survey at a days notice due to a cancellation. The survey was comprehensive - we went for the plus product for peace of mind. It cost £900. Our solicitors will base some of their queries on this survey as will we. Foundation also provide a market valuation that helps you consider whether the offer your making is good value. We are thinking carefully about whether to adjust our offer with this information. We really appreciate the survey report and it focuses your mind on the important things to get right in the buying process. I would recommend.”

“We contacted Shakil to do our RICS valuation for our flat (help to buy), he offered some valuable advice for the property prior to valuation. The valuation was provided within a week! On top of that, I asked for help with a desktop-based valuation, and he replied to us the same day! after a couple of days Target asked again for a declaration letter signed by the surveyor and Shakil being on annual leave have helped us with this without hesitation. Very professional service, highly recommend, will use his services again in the future. Highly recommend!!”
