“I had a survey undertaken by another Surveyor and did not feel confident to use the report towards the purchase of my property. “I approached Foundation Surveyors because I needed both a homebuyer survey and a lease extension valuation for a property purchase. Shakil undertook a thorough survey and produced a detailed report. Several issues were highlighted within the report, which we consequently used to renegotiate the property price. Shakil also produced a range of lease extension valuations for us and managed to negotiate a low premium. Both the survey and lease extension valuation reports were received swiftly. From making first contact to receiving the report, Foundation Surveyors remained in contact throughout, and answered all queries commendably. The whole process was stress-free.
