Pram not delivered, the courier didn’t want to take parcel to my door. He threw the packages. Already one parcel has been opened and box damaged. I waited for that delivery a week. Second time in a row the courier was so rude, totally unprofessional. I told I’m pregnant he told me to take parcels with me from his van. Really joke. I want a refund. I pay a lot of money for the item an d the courier throws the boxes like is something inside what costs £1.

This is the most traumatic thing I’ve ever ordered or experienced while ordering,delivery says 2-5 days delivery,didn’t get my package until after a week,only for one push chair to be delivered when I ordered an all in one travel set😡👎

Very poor quality bed sheets unfortunately. Stained and dusty with holes in. I will be returning my entire order.

Unfortunately very bad experience I had with customer service regarding my return and refund. I bought Hauck Travel Cot which was faulty. I send the pictures but customer service was very slow, they refused to accept that the item is broken or damaged. Instead was sending me you tube videos how to use Travel Cot. Very disappointed. Definitely would NOT recommend this website.

My parcel has been delevered and the whole box is damaged and wripped apart. The moses basket is now damp and all wet because of this. This is not acceptable

Sent the wrong pushchair. Arrived way later than stated. Won't send the new pushchair until old one is returned even though it's their mistake. I have to take a day off work so they have a five hour collection time as they don't work weekends. Worst part is they couldn't care less. No apologies for wasted time etc Terrible customer service. Do not buy from this company you will regret it.

My car seat cover arrived full of animal hair and not as described. They make it extremely hard to figure out how to return and then I was told I have to pay for a labe, pay for full tracking and for the return.. meaning I would only get a fraction back of what I paid for the item to start with.. disgusting unprofessional service trying to con people

Ordered from Your little one Ltd based on the reviews and affordability. I've reached my 26th week of pregnancy and am really struggling with hip aches and pain at night time so was eager to receiving and using it. Once the product arrived the packaging was damaged it had tears on it, thought nothing about it and so opened the packaging to find the product had also tears on it. Was very disappointed to receive the product in such a state. Called the company number several times, but had no response so sent through the request for a refund, 3 days later receive an email to say the refund will be minus the return postage cost of £5.40. Not happy with the service and quality. Would not recommend.

Sent one wrong item, I ordered one pack of 2 cot bed fitted sheets and one pack of waterproof protector sheets – sent me two items both says ‘cot bed fitted sheets. I emailed them with an image and a blunt reply to say ‘I can confirm the bottom is waterproof’?? The pack does not say ‘waterproof protector’ and they pointed out the fabric type, 100% cotton etc. The website does not advertise with fabric type. The item pack is misleading and is of cheap quality. Said I could return it …err not my expense for your error, I requested a prepaid return label which they did send, little did I know the full refund will have the return deducted. Wasted my time and money, company need to describe accurately on the website and the goods with the correct package description. By the way, I'm not Dean when you sent the review request!

Order number: WEB#25316 I ordered a baby trike that was left outside my property on the street by delivery driver. I'm now being ignored by the company when I'm requesting and update on the investigation and resolution to this situation. Poor customer service highly unaceptable and unprofessional DONT ORDER FROM HERE! After I left the first review they responded since then I've not heard anything I've requested my money back in full and once again I'm being ignored. How do I take this further ? I'll be contacting the police but is there a ombudsman for companies?
