I haven't receive my item at all. Been waiting for 17 days and has been in touch with them. I was the one who keep on chasing it up, if I haven't chased it up they wouldn't have the initiative to email you first at all. I found out that my item was lost on the depot and they would want me to wait for another few days to locate the item and process for another redelivery. I had just enough. I requested for a refund and there was no message at all as to how long it will be processed nor confirmation that they have processed it. I have to call my bank to sort it out and return my money. Very poor service. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Will never buy anything from them AGAIN

Ordered a set of two pink fitted cot bed sheets. Packaging of sheets ripped and cardboard around sheets stuck on with sellotape! Also sheets were totally different colour pinks. Would of sent back as sheets were needed as our little Granddaughter was staying with us. Very disappointed.

Not good. I ordered some travel cot sheets and a blanket. Never arrived. When I contacted the company it turned out Hermes had lost my parcel. For Your Little One Ltd. told me they’d send another straight away. The next day they emailed me to say the sheets were out of stock in the colour I wanted so I said I’d have another colour. The next day I received a refund in the amount I paid for the blanket so I assume that was out of stock also, although no one bothered to tell me that. It will be good if the sheets arrive but I’m not holding my breath. To be fair customer services were quick to get back to me but I still haven’t received the things I ordered. Hermes are partly responsible but I’m sure we all know how utterly useless they can be!

Sent me the wrong colour travel system and was more interested in who’s fault it was. You could clearly see I ordered chrome/black so was not my fault. The incorrect item was collected on the Wednesday, I was told the correct one would be delivery the next day… that never happened, then I was told the Friday…. That never happened and now I’ve been told today MONDAY. Really hope it actually turns up today and is the correct colour. Oh and don’t bother calling the contact number, I called over 10 times with no reply or call back when I left messages.

I ordered 3in1 travel systems was 7 left on stock and after 3 days give me money back problem on sistem but no one not answering on phone or email

Returns policy states a courier will collect from address the item was delivered too. They do not ! I’m told to return it at my own cost using g a tracking service . Poor
