“I was very happy to find that there are low fodmap shops and products out there! Especially for those quick cheat dinners like a simple pasta sauce without onion or garlic. It's a shame it has to cost a bit more but I also understand why. The service and delivery time was good as far as I remember now. Would happily see more products to choose from but being new to the world of fodmaps I don't know how much is out there.”

“Selection is pretty good, I mostly order stock, sauces and other items that contain onion in regular products. Love the options for pickled stuff, they have been surprisingly good. Jarred curries are great, but can be found cheaper locally. Order times are OK and website is easy enough to use. The bigger the range the better, obviously. And if prices were lower that would be great, but I guess that's just how it is. Generally, satisfied and will defo shop again at some point.”

“Very good service and delivery. Have tried the bbq sauce and also sesame with ginger marinade - both very nice and would buy again. I did try the sweet and sour sauce but it was far too bland for my taste so wouldn’t buy again.”

“This online shop has really helped me to cope with 3 weeks of a FODMAP elimination diet and follow-up testing. I am now managing to keep to a low FODMAP diet. Especially helpful to me have been the stock cubes, the curry sauses and the prebiotic powders.”

“New to FODMAP diet to a relief to find an on line site that had food I could eat, as initially I did not know where to find any locally. the chocolate orange biscuits from Mull are particularly good, but the buckwheat pancake mix a disaster for me”

“I love FODMarket. It is so useful to be able to view only the certified low fodmap products and the wide range is brilliant. The only downside is there are often products that are out of stock”

“I have been a regular to FODMarket for 6 months. The products are on the whole fantastic and give easy living to what is a difficult diet to follow. The one downside of the website is no matter what I do I can not register as a customer so I have to keep checking out as a guest despite receiving regular emails on special offers from FODmap.”

“I’ve used FODMarket a couple of times and it’s useful to have somewhere to shop that you know you can eat everything you see! The only downside is the price of FODMAP approved food is higher than standard!”

“It is a lovely and easy to use site with a good variety of products. We have been learning how to follow the FODMAP nutrition guidelines from scratch but we still want the comfort of buillon, curries or pesto as well! Its great safe convenience sauces and other goodies, we honestly recommend!”

“It's really good to be able to get products that I know are safe and not have to pay to import them or bulk buy. There's a good mix of products to cook with and snack items etc. The Fody barbeque sauce is a revelation. The delivery time was good.”
