I was very happy to find that there are low fodmap shops and products out there! Especially for those quick cheat dinners like a simple pasta sauce without onion or garlic. It's a shame it has to cost a bit more but I also understand why. The service and delivery time was good as far as I remember now. Would happily see more products to choose from but being new to the world of fodmaps I don't know how much is out there.
