“Delivered promptly & very well packaged. I am delighted to have found sauces which I can eat. One curry both smelt and tasted delicious. The other curry had green peppers so I can’t use it. (probably my mistake ordering) The tomato sauce with basil is perfect with pasta whether I add other ingredients or not. To be able to eat safely is such a relief”

“Fast efficient service, I purchased stock cubes as I’m sensitive to onion & garlic & it’s fantastic to be able to have gravy without swelling & bloating. Also bought some Chilli chutney but haven’t had this yet. Would definitely recommend, products arrived within a few days package up well so no damage.”

“Products and service are great. I have an intolerance to onions and garlic so I was thrilled when I found these curries and sauces that I love. Delivery is reliable and very quick and when I had a slight problem on one occasion as I received the wrong curry sauce it was dealt with swiftly and professionally. No hesitation recommending them”

“Delivery was super super quick and everything arrived in perfect condition. I would like a larger array of snack options on the website but other than that everything is great! Your array of products makes this restrictive diet a lot easier!”

“For those who need the FODMAP diet due to IBS or intolerance there are some excellent products here. I would say that a few things are overpriced for what they are and you can buy the same product in a supermarket a lot cheaper. However, there products here that you cannot buy in a supermarket that are terrific, the Fody Barbeque Sayce for one is pricey but very nice.”
