For those who need the FODMAP diet due to IBS or intolerance there are some excellent products here. I would say that a few things are overpriced for what they are and you can buy the same product in a supermarket a lot cheaper. However, there products here that you cannot buy in a supermarket that are terrific, the Fody Barbeque Sayce for one is pricey but very nice.
