Gareth made it really easy and straightforward from the start! Each step of the process was very well communicated and followed up on! I enquired at lunchtime on Monday and had a car delivered by 8am on Wednesday morning! Very friendly, great customer service.

A colleague recommend Flexed to me as a returning home expat worker, i had not resided in the U K for 25+yrs. Flexed have been amazing, extremely easy to deal with , so friendly, unbelievably helpful with issues you feel cannot be resolved and car will be delivered tomorrow which is 3 days start to finish, and most of that time was on my side. I cannot recommend the team highly enough, it really has been like dealing with people that have known me for years. 5* A+ Service start to finish !!

Had a car from Flexed for just over 3 months while on assignment in UK from NZ.
Great customer service. Real people to talk to who knew their stuff and were always friendly - not some hopeless call centre. Tim Holland was great to deal with. Good cars. Reasonable pricing. Everything worked as planned. Would definitely use again if needed.
