Tried to cancel numerous times and won’t let me Doesn’t work for me just at certain petrol stations

Went through the application, paid for the cards and price is always 3rd out of our 3 fuel cards. waste of time and money. Use them for the occasional truck wash.

I have an account with UK fuels with monthly payments, was told by fleetmax monthly payments agreed to find out it's total lies, I am a new business so they won't do it even though no missed payments etc Jamie Whalen you lied mate, do not trust

Really poor, I signed up to Fleet Max to save money on fuel but 3/4 weeks after I joined, i realised they were charging me more that the pump price. Never again

Scamming company use fishing price to get you in then start becoming expensive, not to mention the added extras they sneak into the invoices here and there. I cut my cards up after a couple of month.

I'm a UK Fuel customer for over 13 years now but I was atracted by the Fleetmax prices so I went with them for the last one year. I was warned a while ago about this fuel cards companies that they'll give one price but actually they charge the full pump price or more...I didn't believed them ...but... I've got the weekly price for week commencing 16.01.2023 at 128.28 and 128.68 ....but I was charged 1.3028 and 1.4525, big difference from what I was expecting...I've just looked back trough my invoices and the weekly price notifications and they don't match and sometimes the price invoiced was higher than the pump price .I'll try to get to the end of it as soon is possibble

Crooks. As soon as you tell them you want to close your account they ignore you (even they were quick to get back to you before). Avoid them.

Cancelled my card without notifying me and told me they would send me some new ones out. Reason for cancellation was cards were going to expire. when I spoke to customer services, they told me they would call me back but no one is called. If you want to deal with this company, get it all in writing by email and all the terms and conditions, they change their mind as and when they feel like.

Never trust this company. Prices are not as they said. Most gas stations don't accept thier keyfuels. Very poor communication and customer service. I have several issues with them now and am going to escalate the issue and consider a court action.

Constant issues with card being declined, having to use personal money to pay. No out of hours contact number. Bills paid without fail every week but still gets blocked twice a month.

This guys are like mercenaries. They change the price’s on the diesel how they like. At the middle of the week. Also they don’t tell you anything about extra charges on fuel if you use some stations. Also they have surcharge’s and many more. I will totally avoid them.
