“Cordelle is one of the best people iv encountered to deal with issues in my life , cherish this young lady an asset to your company My partner had put in the wrong type of fuel (v power ) and was charged an extra £47 I was extremely frustrated and angry This young lady de-escalated the situation within a couple of messages and I left feeling heard understood and I felt her compassion This lady needs a promotion God bless you cordelle”

“Was told by the company I would pay a lower rate for diesel after using my fuel card for the first time I was charged a extra £15 more that if I just paid at the garage due to there hidden fees they don’t tell you about total false advertisement”
