From the moment I called Fastfix and spoke to Charlotte I was struck by their professionalism, along with sense of urgency to find and fix my issue.
This was reinforced when I received a follow-up call from Dave.
As for the engineers who visited site, honestly, I struggle to think of a more polite and hardworking group of tradespeople.
They treated my home like their home.
No corners were cut; they were happy to explain every step of the process and work with me to achieve the result I wanted, even though - at times - it created extra work on their part.
The chaps found solutions to problems and they always had a positive 'can do' attitude.
Huge thanks to Will, Louie, Jack Hughes, Jack Moran and Jaiden - you are a credit to your profession.
I would also like to say "thank you" to Kimberley in the Fastfix office; I needed to hire some equipment urgently and so she put aside the work he was doing to make numerous phone-calls before finding the product I requested - thank you.
And finally, I received a lovely email from Alex (Director) at the end of the job.
