“We have worked with Fallen Leaf as an organisation for many years and when we wanted a new website building, we knew straight away we wanted them to be the ones to do it. Due to us being a charity and not having loads of funding, they completely understood this and were so patient with us during this process. They designed an incredible website and built it so quickly and we have had nothing but positive comments on it. “West Yorkshire Dog Rescue had a number of operational problems so needed a new website with specific functionality to help us improve the service we give to customers. This required not just a well designed site but careful thought. Fallen Leaf invented numerous very clever technical strategies that work extremely well and certainly make our lives easier. We wanted the design to "scream" West Yorkshire and the banners photos for each page were selected by Fallen Leaf to achieve this with a beautiful, artistic and relevant design. Our user experience is so good it had an almost immediate impact of a higher number of Potential Owners applying for dogs resulting in adoptions which we are overjoyed about, and so are the dogs!! In terms of dealing with Fallen Leaf, everyone was very good at their job and knowledgeable enough to enable them to suggest possibilities at all stages of the design. For us who are not technical - we sometimes found it difficult to explain what we wanted - their patience and kindness was much appreciated. They were very responsive to making quick changes to the design as we suggested them and always ready on the phone to discuss options. This was a proper team effort throughout making the whole experience enjoyable as well as delivering a brilliant result.”

“All of the Fallen Leaf Team have been extremely helpful from initial concept through to finished website. Top class customer service and on time delivery. Completely satisified and would recommend without hesitation. Whilst price can be an issue for some, you can't get away from the old adage 'buy cheap, buy twice' (thanks to Malcolm for that little acorn)! It's completely true though, cheap isn't always the way to go. Do Fallen Leaf offer a competitive, value for money product? Absolutely! Am I happy with my new website? Totally.”

“We turned to Fallen Leaf after our website was hacked and completely disabled in 2012. They managed to rescue all the data, over 4gb of info, and completely rebuild the site on a new more secure server updating the operating system and all the additional programmes we were using adding some new ones we requested. We found them very responsive to requests during the rebuild and quickly sorted problems, of which there were a few due to size and nature of the site. We were kept informed on a daily basis and nothing was changed without our consent and whilst a lot of the issues were complex they did their best to communicate in terms we understood. Overall we're extremely happy with how Fallen Leaf dealt with the site rescue and the end result is a vast improvement, and it didn't cost us the earth either.”
