West Yorkshire Dog Rescue had a number of operational problems so needed a new website with specific functionality to help us improve the service we give to customers. This required not just a well designed site but careful thought. Fallen Leaf invented numerous very clever technical strategies that work extremely well and certainly make our lives easier. We wanted the design to "scream" West Yorkshire and the banners photos for each page were selected by Fallen Leaf to achieve this with a beautiful, artistic and relevant design. Our user experience is so good it had an almost immediate impact of a higher number of Potential Owners applying for dogs resulting in adoptions which we are overjoyed about, and so are the dogs!! In terms of dealing with Fallen Leaf, everyone was very good at their job and knowledgeable enough to enable them to suggest possibilities at all stages of the design. For us who are not technical - we sometimes found it difficult to explain what we wanted - their patience and kindness was much appreciated. They were very responsive to making quick changes to the design as we suggested them and always ready on the phone to discuss options. This was a proper team effort throughout making the whole experience enjoyable as well as delivering a brilliant result.
