“(List of feedback from some staff) "Overall the feedback was really positive and everyone enjoyed themselves. I would use them again for future events; they were quick to set up/breakdown and the energy levels were really high throughout. Very well organised too!" / "Noted within a few teams that some staff were taking things out of others hands or talking over them so they couldn't fully participate. Potentially would have worked better in smaller teams to account for different levels of competitiveness." / "Style/presentation of event didn't account for team members with anxiety or sensory issues, felt very overwhelming in the beginning and some parts throughout - and there was no clear opt out option." / "This section was managed really well, splitting the teams into random groups for team building and they moved us round the games at a good pace. It provided a lot of energy and excitement."”
