“Over time, I have purchased a multiple of items without any qualms, all of which have been delivered on time. On the one occasion I was disappointed and after complaining, I promptly received a full refund. Overall a reliable supplier.”

“I recently ordered the US officer wool shirt and was very disappointed by the quality of the product. The stitching on the shoulders was a mess and the collar was uneven My concerns was well handled by the professional customer service team and will continue to use Epic for future purchases.”

“I love this shop, competitive prices, wide assortment and quick replyes on mail. The reson, they "only" get 4 stars, is that when you live in Denmark. You are forced to use postnord. It would be nice with a alternative.”

Hey Ulrich, Thanks for the great review! Unfortunately the delivery partners we use for our tracked airmail services all hand over to the local postal services for the end of their journey (Once it arrives in the destination country). We do offer courier via DHL who tend to complete the final part by themselves (and very quickly!) but they are also very expensive. We offer ParcelForce to a lot of EU Countries but we found them to be unreliable in some countries (so we disabled the service there) and they tend to hand over to GLS/Local delivery services too.. I'm not sure there's any end-to-end overseas delivery services that also do not cost a lot of money, we are always looking for new and better delivery partners to work with though! Other couriers that are a little more affordable only offer a courier brokerage service (they basically bulk buy from couriers and act as a middle-man), this makes them a nightmare to deal with when there's an issue and this would seriously impact our ability to offer great service to our customers. If you do know of any other services (perhaps you've bought from another company that uses a better delivery partner) please let us know, I'd be happy to take a look at them. “Good quality goods. Their courier service could be more accurate in their advice of actual delivery day/time though. Tracking was not updated after the approximately advised delivery window was missed. Nevertheless, queries to Epic Militaria's customer service dept on that subject were responded to promptly and politely.”

“Ordered a German ww1 helmet really satisfied with the quality of the actual helmet but the strap that came with it keeps falling off. Not too much of a problem for me however since I plan on keeping it on display anyway”
