“I signed up for their free trial. I guess they couldn't be bothered as I was sent an email saying the job's been cancelled. When I tried to log in it says my account was blocked due to spam. It's my personal email address that I use for everything and has my work address listed so I'm not sure why my one request for a trial was marked as spam.. Will take my business elsewhere I guess..!”

Hi Glen, Sorry for the mix-up with your trial sign-up—it looks like our system flagged your duplicate account as spam due to there being 3 other accounts set up with us with your details. We attempted to tidy things up by 'blocking' the latest duplicate account and moving your order over to your original account It seems our email explaining the situation might have gotten lost in the shuffle, and I'm really sorry for any hassle this caused.
