“We as a Lettings agency, Kingswood Residential Investment Management Ltd, have been working with Elements Property for a number of years and have always be delighted with the service we have received. We like to separate ourselves in any way we can from our competitors and having high quality photography and floorplans for our property listings is one way of doing this. Elements Property are able to deliver their service to us promptly, which is important in a fast pace property market - given we need to advertise properties as soon as possible from point of instruction. We'd have no hesitation to use their services and would highly recommend them.”

“I signed up for their free trial. I guess they couldn't be bothered as I was sent an email saying the job's been cancelled. When I tried to log in it says my account was blocked due to spam. It's my personal email address that I use for everything and has my work address listed so I'm not sure why my one request for a trial was marked as spam.. Will take my business elsewhere I guess..!”

Hi Glen, Sorry for the mix-up with your trial sign-up—it looks like our system flagged your duplicate account as spam due to there being 3 other accounts set up with us with your details. We attempted to tidy things up by 'blocking' the latest duplicate account and moving your order over to your original account It seems our email explaining the situation might have gotten lost in the shuffle, and I'm really sorry for any hassle this caused. If you have any more questions or need help, just give us a shout.

“We have used Elements for the past three years for all our floorplans. The turnaround is very fast which is what we require as an agency in order to get our properties listed as quickly as possible. Highly recommend!”
