“These socks need to be washed at 30 degrees. I wish it has said so in the catalogue. I have an allotment and my socks get very dirty.”

“The cotton itself first class, advertised as having flat seems. The flat seems are on the outside but the inside is finished with hard thread which is not the best for my sensitive skin.Could do with flat seems on the inside.”

“All in plastic when I specifically asked for it not to be, very disappointed. I bought organuc cotton socks for a reason because I care about the environment, so I definitely don't want my parcel delivered in plastic. All thus a side they arrived quickly and in good condition.”

Hi Jessie, thanks for taking the time to send your comments and happy they arrived quickly and in good condition. We are a small company and outsource our packing/delivery - the team are usually very good at responding to requests so I will investigate this and am very sorry you were disappointed with the packaging. We are certainly looking at ways to make this more environmentally friendly. The challenge is being able to do this without having to increase our prices as we also want to make our garments accessible to as many people as possible. Best regards, Jo

“Really pleased with the socks. The only problem I had was I was sent one pair of the gloves that clearly says 2 pairs. That means 4 gloves (2 pairs) rather than two individual gloves (a pair) that I was sent.”

“When first putting them on very comfortable and fit perfectly .After about 2-3:hours they become very baggy .Its as though the pants have lost any shape and have expanded another 2 sizes .why??? Once washed correctly go back to original.size shape and when worn this happens again I'm only 8 .7 stone”
