“Bought 6 pairs of socks in June/July, 4 pairs in white and 2 in grey. The heels of all of the white pairs of socks have completely worn through already. After contacting the company I was told this was first heard and offered a single pair of socks as good will. I replied to make sure it was clear that all of the white socks have completely worn through and that there must be a manufacturing fault as the grey ones are fine. I’ve now been offered two pairs of socks as a good will gesture but I feel not enough has been done given how within less than 2 months my socks have completely worn through.”

“I purchased both socks and pants from cotton comfort hoping that they would help me avoid skin irritation. However, they were instead quite irritating. Unfortunately, you aren't allowed to return the clothes if you washed them, so I'm now stuck with these useless clothes I can't wear.”

“Delivered on time, unfortunately, condition not helped by cream. Not to say cream is not effective just not on me sadly.o”
