“I ordered a Kitchen Aid stand mixer on 1 January and it was delivered on 4 January! I think this is very impressive, considering the bank holiday. I made my first cake with it the same day 😀 It is a fabulous appliance and beautifully made. I think it will last a lifetime. I absolutely love it. I was very happy with the price, which was the best I found online, and it came with a free knife block set. I've also sent off for the free mini chopper, and look forward to receiving that. Very happy with my experience with eCookshop and would definitely recommend them.”

“Great range of le creuset products online and the best prices so could find. Bought just before Christmas and turned up a day later. Bit of a mix up on one product sent, (lid but no pan). But here is the difference. One phone call to Claire in customer services and the new pan is on the way!! Turned up a day later and in the end I kept the lid too. The difference here is, an actual person answered the phone, dealt with the issue and was lovely about it all. Claire sent the replacement herself that day and it arrived 22 hours later. Customer service isn’t a lost art. I think these guys were so great just before Christmas and were so quick, and professional. Love it. Thanks Claire.”
