“unresolved issue with my vehicle following a remap performed at your facility two months ago. The car was in excellent condition prior to the remap, but since then, it has been running poorly-particularly lumpy in lower gears. I reported this the following Monday after the service, but despite my repeated efforts, no resolution has been provided. I understand that diagnostics require a mechanic on-site, been told they are open Saturdays but I cant understand that is no mechanics on-site on Saturdays so it means the car was remapped by someone that dost have mechanical knowledge? ( my car was remapped on a Saturday) , I've been told no technicians are available then. I’ve offered to bring the car in at 4:30pm on weekdays after work, hoping someone might stay slightly later to assist, but that flexibility hasn’t been met with a solution. Given the time that has passed and the continued performance issues, I believe this warrants a closer look. Could you please confirm whether a diagnostic appointment can be arranged after 4:30pm on a weekday or, ideally, on a Saturday with a technician present? I’d appreciate a response by the end of this week so we can finally move toward resolving the issue.”

We offer weekday appointments at 1630 so thats fine with us, not sure which team member you've been liaising with however were a helpful company and honour the lifetime guarantee that we offer on all remaps.

Dear Micheal, Next time you bring £80 to repair a £1000 problem please be aware it may not work especially when we told you multiple times that a dpf regeneration does NOT come with any warranty. We offered you three other options which you rejected to save money. Your bad review to try damage our reputation does not work when you've got over 200 five star reviews to prove how honest, hardworking and transparent our team is here. We will not honour your request for a refund for a non refundable dpf regeneration which you fully understood that this was the case, next time please listen to our advice which will give you a permanent fix with warranty, once again you can't fix a big problem with £80 this is common sense.
