Less happy about the £30 fuel charge at the beginning of the rental. I did not do enough driving to use £30 worth, and also noticed after half an hour or so that the tank was only three quarters full.”
“Desk staff helpful, car clean, full tank. No concerns but suggesting a nearby filling station would have been helpful , making it easier to return car with full tank.
Also, an e-mail / text saying the car deposit had been refunded would have been appreciated.”

“I had booked the car for 12 but no one arrived, at 13 we managed to get hold of the rental company who informed us they had lost my booking. They finally arrived with a better class car and extended my rental free of charge. A difficult start but eventually very pleased with service provided”
“The car though older model, went well, v good luggage capacity, good mpg, excellent value , not looked after very well, needed cleaning. pick up and drop off drawn out, had to leave family at airport to transport driver back to Kyprexio office 5 miles, then return to collect family??? and same in reverse!”
