Hope you're well. Very sorry to hear you're not happy with one of your prints, we'll be investigating this. As we try to ensure our website colours are as accurate as possible but the screen pixels are emitted light and a printer can't print light, it uses dyes and pigments to replicate the colours. So that, in addition to the fact internet browsers, software and device screens all handle colours very differently from one another means that customers may sometimes (rarely) have a print that has colours that are not quite what they see on the screen. We've just reached out via email as we'd love to resolve this for you.
