“I purchased 13 doors a mix of standard sizes and bespoke sizes as well, variety of choice was great and the overall price compared to other manufacturers was fantastic and more than competitive, delivery times were a bit longer than explained but all contact with the company was responded to quickly. The quality of the product once arrived is exceptional. I would recommend and have recommend to others. Overall a good experience and product.”

“We ordered a bespoke size internal door, the ordering process was fairly straightforward (just need to be good with your own measurements) and the team were very responsive to answer any queries I had. My only gripe (and the reason why I didn’t give 5 stars) was that even though we ordered in April, the order wasn’t available until October. Again, the team were very quick to respond when I was pestering about when it’d arrive and I appreciate that they couldn’t do anything about the conflict in the Red Sea, which meant a detour for the container that our door was on, but when I ordered I thought the door would be made on site in Deeside and would be ready within a few weeks. My fault for not checking before I ordered. Collection was straightforward. All in all, great service and pleasant, responsive service from the team.”
