“We love our new awning which turns our terrace into an extra room. The awning was delivered when expected. Bo and Harry from SWR arrived full of good cheer and installed the awning and tested the awning for us. We’re delighted to have the awning in place now as Easter approaches and we envisage ourselves using the terrace space more often. South-west facing, it was always too hot to sit there and the sunlight was fading curtains and floors. With the shade of the awning we can enjoy both the inside and outside spaces more fully. We’re delighted!”

“A quick and professional job. Small error at end when one of your operators pointed out that a small bracket was bent and asked if I wanted a quote to replace it I agreed but was sent an estimate to replace the whole door which I didn’t want or need.”

“Dave and Joe from SWR fitted a Hormann garage door for us earlier this week. The work went very well and was completed in a timely fashion. No mess, no fuss, just a great job by a couple of great guys. Post installation they showed me both how to operate and lubricate the doors/ mechanism. This was done professionally and with patience. Additionally, I had to delay installation for around 4 weeks due to a leak in the garage roof. At no point during this time was I pressed by SWR for an installation date, they just stored the door until the leak was sorted. Great customer service. Finally, this, my first experience of SWR, has led me to believe that it is a professionally managed company with an astonishing high level of customer focus. Well done to all concerned.”

“The lady on the phone listened to my problem, made some suggestions I could try, n But when they didn't resolve the problem, very quickly arranged for engineers to come out to my home.The engineers have diagnosed the problem and are requesting a quote for the necessary to fix the problem.”

“The showroom had a good range of doors to view with the available colours. It was easy to order the door via email and make alterations before submitting the order. The 2 guys who fitted the door arrived on time and were very polite; they explained how the door lock operated and how the door handle should be treated. I was very pleased with the whole experience.”

“Had a Rock door installed by them in December 2022. 3 years ago had a new garage door installed by them. The lead time is very long and it took even longer as it was delayed so it's very annoying waiting. But excellent service and communication. Very nice guys who come and do the installation. Would definitely deal with them again.”

“Avoid Horman doors. Whilst we have no issue with the installation the door had a scratch within two weeks of installation, we can only presume it's from opening and closing the door which is the basic function so Hormann garage doors arent worth the price tag - maybe buy a cheaper product replace more often. We viewed the product in SWR's showroom and feel the reassurances about the improvements about scratches given by Scott were misleading and there didn't seem any surprise when we said it was scratched already. As an update Hormann have confirmed that scratches happen so unless you want a garage door you don't open buy an alternative product. I can't recommend SWR on this basis.”
