“Firstly I’d like to mention the the repair was carried out professionally and quickly with great care and deserves specific praise. However, be aware that the initial installation by SWR is only covered with a 2 year warranty with no exceptions. I was informed when first fitted that this particular window was stiff to close because of the window seals. It appears from the technicians that recently rectified the problem was that the closing issue was due to incorrect original installation and a misalignment of the locking catches. My frustration is of course that it should have repaired by SWR with no changes to me as it was a problem with the original fitting.”

“From the initial phone call, through to final installation SWR have been brilliant to deal with. Great product knowledge helped us make the correct choice for our property. The site survey was completed exactly as promised and once order our pergola awning arrived sooner than expected. Both installation teams were equally good. Turning up when they promised and communicating along the way. Superb lads on site, friendly and polite and highly skilled. The installation was done in half a day and we are delighted with the awning.”

“I visited the SWR showroom, Scott was very helpful with both product information and supplying quotes for a front door and garage side door. I was kept informed regarding delivery of the doors, installation date and arrangements. The two fitters were skilled in the installation process, polite and cleaned up after. The doors are both very solid and secure, I would recommend SWR and use them again.”

“Very efficient installation by Tom and Boe, they cleared up really well and the new door is working well. Great work guys! I’m giving the company a three star rating instead of five because the previous door was supplied by SWR in 2011 and the motor has been failing for a couple of years, therefore not a great track record. It was never a good performer, was very noisy and required adjustments a few years back. This was a Securiflex type and I would definitely not recommend it. Additionally, the old door was black and as the location is south facing, the garage was always hot in summer. The current sales and tech staff advise against this now.”
