“A good service from DNC with quality part supplied. Couriers however did not deliver on the set date although we were open for business, whcih lost us a day's production. Will use DNC again when required.”

Hi Dennis, Thanks for the feedback. Sorry to hear about the courier guessing DPD. Unfortunately from dealing with all the main couriers some are better than others dependent on where their main hubs are. We are always trying to find better delivery solutions. Glad you got your machine up and running.
