Hi David, Appreciate the feedback; when the post office was open across the street we were able to jiffy and ship far cheaper than the national couriers. That said we have taken on board your comment and managed to get a reduced shipping rate on very small parts. Its never going to compete with Post Office pricing of yesteryear; but we hope it makes a difference. Thanks.

Hi David, sorry to hear about the delivery problems. DPD can be a problem around the xmas/new year period especially with all the couriers picking up the slack from the Royal Mail mess. If you do order again; please drop us a line and we will use a different courier.

“very rude sales department, I just called to ask if a products was ready to ship and the man on phone was very rude very arrogant, I was ready to buy but he's way to thalk was so bad that I prefered to spend my money with another company... he should learn the respect to thalk to the people”
