“Mixed feelings. Was able to place online order but on delivery date had email to say product was not available and I would be receiving a refund. Disappointing but dealt with quickly by staff”
“I found the website difficult to negotiate. Had to go through everything and still couldn't find one of the items, which was straw.
It took 3 attempts and a phone call to place the order succesfully.
I am hoping the next time will be easier!!”
