“Usually do my shoping in the store, but since fracturing my leg i have had my groceries delivered.
Once i got used to the web site it was easy to use. The girls who brought the order were helpful.

“I had to ring the Store and get my order taken back to the shop as it didn't arrive within the slot and I had to leave for an appointment I couldn't be late for. The person I spoke to said the delivery had left 20 minutes prior, we're 15 minutes max away from the store.
Anyway I collected my order later no probs but paid for a delivery.”

“Great local Supermarket. Got a delivery on the same day which was lucky. The delivery time changed but it suited me and was not a problem. You don't get that with Tesco, Sainsburys, etc., the beauty of shopping local. Recommend. Only one substitution but I expected it. Friendly driver.”

“We use online ordering from Dikes to support my elderly housebound parents . I can’t express our gratitude enough. Every member of staff is so helpful especially at point of delivery. You can order the night before for delivery the next day or telephone orders through also. The online ordering has also been made a lot easier by a system upgrade in last 18 months or so and you can tag favourite products for repeat ordering. The shop itself is clean , well stocked with local produce too and the numerous staff are always helpful. Some prices may be higher in chain supermarkets but Dikes wins on service and helpfulness particularly for our needs. Thank you so much . Mrs B Davis”

“I live in London though I originate from the Dorset area, so when I came across the Dike and Sons website I was hopeful but a little apprehensive as to whether they would be able to post to me, one of the items shown on the website. A quick email to enquire and they replied the same day that they would be happy to post and it would not be a problem. Three days later the item arrived well packed and in perfect condition.
Now that is what I call customer service. So helpful and efficient, definitely 5 star.”
