“I live in London though I originate from the Dorset area, so when I came across the Dike and Sons website I was hopeful but a little apprehensive as to whether they would be able to post to me, one of the items shown on the website. A quick email to enquire and they replied the same day that they would be happy to post and it would not be a problem. Three days later the item arrived well packed and in perfect condition.
Now that is what I call customer service. So helpful and efficient, definitely 5 star.”

“I was shocked at the prices of some of the items on my order, (I'm unwell and hadn't properly checked amounts). 4.99 for a tiny packet of Pine Nuts, for example, is extortionate, to me.
