“Technically helpful though should recognise the difficulties faced organising the works to be carried out that their client has to sort on their behalf regarding deliveries etc. And when there is an issue perhaps don't make your extra costs the first topic of conversation as its not putting your customer first.”
“Generally I have no issues but on my last quotation request, this was not provided. I was sent an e-mail saying that the quote had already been sent to another colleague from our national projects office and I should be requesting the quote from him. I would have expected you could have just e-mailed a copy of the quote to me as per my request. This particular project had various other items from different manufacturers and I still received their quotes (even though they had already been sent to our project office).”
Hello, we sincerely apologise for the reply you have received. This has been highlighted internally and the team will ensure any further quotes are delivered as requested. Apologies once again, Dewey Waters Team.
“On-line inductions were provided prior to attendance which were not completed. This meant the installation could not take place on the arranged date.”
Hi Paul. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that there was a delay in relation to the installation. On investigation, unfortunately the completed inductions weren't passed to the site on time by our customer which led to an aborted visit. It was rectified by our installer who covered the cost and in turn we booked a revisit with no abortive charge. Many thanks again for the feedback. Kind regards, Dewey Waters Team.
“Quick response in the live chat where I was asked to email over some information. Slow response to the first email without an answers, and no response to my second email.”
“Reported a leak on recently installed water tank, was told no one available to resolve this. Had to make repair ourselves as tank was being put into use. No interest once tank was installed. Such a shame they let themselves down at the end of the project.”
