“ Unfortunately, despite the speed with which you dispatched my parcel, Royal Mail has only delivered it today at 4.05 pm. Delivery was attempted Saturday but my instructions to leave it with a neighbour were not carried out. I was informed delivery would be attempted yesterday, Monday so waited in all day for a no show. Delivery rescheduled for today between 10.44 and 15.44 and it arrived at 16.05, so another six hours waiting. Thank you for your good service, however Royal Mail let you down on this occasion ”
