“I can not fault this company, I didn't think I would ever be able to pay off any of my debts as I tried step change but because of their policies, I would not be able to. However I spoke to this company and I dealt with 2 lovely people called Hani Sadek and Jade Gregory, who kept me up to date and explained everything from start to finish. Even though my husband isn't a part of my debts because he pays some of the bills they also needed proof from him too which when they explained what my husband was happy to help. I am now in the process with the next stage which is who Fortis pass you to, and now on the final steps and have the meeting booked for when they have meetings with my creditors and discuss what they have said. so hopefully they will be ok with that and I will be in the last stage of just paying monthly. which is a relief to know. So thank you to Fortis for all your help, considering I was one of the adamant customers who tried to stop it, and with Hani saying to me that he has worked with this company a while and has managed to help many with the same situations as me, I stopped and listened to him. I am so glad I did. This is now a weight lifted f my shoulders, so if you are struggling and not sure about this company I can say they truly do everything they can to help and keep in constant contact.”

“After years of panicking I can now relax in piece ,not worrying who's at the door because of bailiffs. “Everybody can find them selves in debt I enquired then didn't want to admit I was in debt but no worries there all the staff was friendly and very understandable and made the situation alot easier than I thought”
