“Very poor I would not use a company that correspond by messenger Wish I had never got in touch with this company”

Hi James, I am sorry to hear that you feel this way. We offer the messenger service as we deal with a large number of vulnerable customers who may not feel comfortable discussing sensitive matters over the telephone. However this is a secondary option, we prefer to speak over the telephone and we always provide a direct line to call your personal advisor any time of the day. I can see that we worked on your case for over 3 months and during that time there were numerous telephone conversations. We did not reach the desired outcome, as the proposal was rejected by HMRC. However, I assure you we did everything within our power to get your application approved and we are deeply disappointed with the outcome, as I'm sure you are. I hope you understand that the outcome was out of our control as HMRC had right to reject as a controlling creditor and there was no charge for any of our time and efforts. “Without doubt,and without the help of fortis,my life would be an absolute sham,I was depressed,no one to turn too ,my bank gave no help whatsoever,I was on the edge of a breakdown,until my partner advised me about FORTIS,who came to my rescue, Through,quick polite and sound advice,I can live my life without the worries of the financial Burden I got my self into.”

“I cannot recommend Fortis Insolvency highly enough. Right from the very beginning, an amazingly patient man called Andrew called and called and called, when I still had my head in the sand, and time after time he kept calling. Never ever was there a tone of frustration in his voice. At last I had prepared for his next call, he took me and my partner through the process. After that we had Wayne and Katrina supporting us through everthing. They both made the process as simple as possible, very supportive throughout. They took us through 3 way calls, checked out details for us. Never ever did they make us feel bad about the debt we had accrued. If like us in the beginning still trying to ignore things, don't. Do not hesitate to put your problems in Fortis Insolvency's hand. We are almost through the process now.....and can actually look forward to a less stressful future thanks to Fortis !!!”

“They were very compassionate regarding debts, they know how hard it is to try to pay off such a lot of sums throughout the months i have now got an IVA which will last 5 years, after the 5 years i will be debt free with a new credit reference. Just in time for my retirement, to have no bills thank you Fortis”
