“The whole process of entering into an IVA was something that was not known to me in the slightest and it was explained to me expertly and in a very friendly manner,but more importantly with no judgement. I am only 2 months in but it has significantly improved my situation, and even after it's set up I still feel I have the support and consultation there if I need it.”
