“Well I had to change my car details before my renewal which was made easier than I expected due to the help I got. Also helped me to spread the cost of my initial payment over the remaining payments which helped me financially. Fully reccomend using Debenhams. Thank you”

“Having sold my car, I asked for a refund of the remainder of the policy cost, but am still waiting for this over two weeks longer. Debenhams say it takes 28 days to refund - blatant retention of monies with no justifiable reason. They may be cheap when getting a quote, but I guess you get what you pay for.”
