First delivered v quickly, second order I received a phone call to tell me due to the current situation it wouldn’t be as fast - great customer service - but still delivered well within the predicted time frame. “Very professional company with very good customer service. Ordered the Monte Carlo set very happy with purchase. Arrived much earlier than expected with updates on delivery progress. “Great product, great price, delivery was made quicker than estimated date, slight problem with one chair swiftly sorted, would highly recommend. Delivery was over 7 days as out of stock at first, refund was offered if not happy to wait, glad we didn’t.”

“A nice product (garden table and set of chairs) at a very good price. One of the chairs came faulty (poor glue job) meaning it fell apart soon after I started using it. Humber sent another one immediately and no questions asked. It's the closest in online shopping to dealing with your local store. I would recommend if you want to be reassured the retailer is there to help.”
